Classes will introduce the most basic yoga postures to children in a fun, playful way (stories, music and games). Designed for each class to be a unique experience.
Parent and toddler classes: 2+
Focused on the child, key concepts include nature, animals, and music in addition to yoga. Props and visuals are used to enhance the experience.
Family yoga: 5+
A great way for adults and children to challenge each other and have fun. Classes help children learn fundamentals of yoga and mindfulness. They incorporate more traditional yoga exercises such as sun salutations and partner poses. We'll explore practices together that will help build strong family & caretaker connections.
